You can ask for all your LenkenGo data to be permanently deleted, at any time, without giving a
reason.
What gets deleted
- Every text you imported — articles, ebooks, PDFs, transcripts.
- All audio from videos you imported.
- All your vocabulary — marked words, translations, notes, tags.
- All reading and usage history.
- Your account and your password.
What does not disappear instantly
- Backups — your data falls out of them within 30 days, which is how long each
backup is kept.
- Technical access logs — kept for 6 months, as the law requires.
- Payment records — if you subscribed, Stripe and tax law require these to be
kept longer.
How to ask
Email [email protected] with the subject
"Delete my data — LenkenGo", from your account's address. We confirm within 48
hours and complete it within 15 days.
Before you delete: take your vocabulary with you
- Open Vocabulary.
- Click Export.
- Choose CSV.
Once confirmed, deletion cannot be undone.
